Hello, I’m Mary. I offer counselling, psychotherapy and outdoor therapy in Lewes, Brighton and online.
I help people reconnect with their sense of aliveness using a combination of talking therapy, somatic practices, mindfulness, movement and being in nature.
I believe that talking therapy helps put meaning to our experience but often our bodies hold memories and emotions that we struggle to find words for so we need to find creative ways to access and release this.
Amongst other things I work with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, lack of purpose, loss & bereavement, life transitions & childhood trauma.
Meet in person in a quiet and confidential office.
Outdoor therapy can feel less intense, adding a new dimension to therapy. We can sit or walk and talk.
Available Lewes and Brighton.
Online therapy is effective and can suit busy lives or those living abroad. Having lived overseas for 20 years I can relate to the challenges of living in different countries and cultures.
